Are you a Military Veteran - please kindly inform the surgery

If you are a military veteran, please kindly inform the surgery. If you know of any family or friends registered at the surgery who are military veterans and don’t have online access, please ask them to ring the surgery and register their status of military veteran. 24 Hour Blood Pressure & ECG Monitoring

The Surgery is now providing a 24 hour blood pressure and ECG monitoring service. In addition we also have a carbon dioxide monitor and pulse oximeter in order the check a patient’s oxygen and carbon dioxide levels.

Chlamydia Testing

Chlamydia testing is available at the Surgery for all sexually active 15-24 year olds. This involves a simple urine test. Please contact the surgery for further details.

Cardiovascular Disease (CVD) Screening

We are continuing with the above screening, assessing and managing all patients between the age of 40-80 who are smokers and/or have a Body Mass Index (BMI) of over 30 and have a family history of diabetes, stroke or heart disease.

Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) Clinic

We can refer our patients to a new community based Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) Clinic.
